Anybody tried cancelling this, If I try and log in it says I don't exist and if I call I get told they're phone lines are too busy to add me to the queue or tell me they're transferring me to an agent then cut me off, No email address either?

because many people they feel they should pay for a service they receive, a service that a company has paid for in order to be able to provide? something that west ham would have profited from.

I cancelled by email as well, done within 30 minutes.

I tried to cancel yesterday (before I knew the Altona game was on). Tried the number several times until the queue was a partly reasonable 5. 30 minutes later I was cut off (second time that has happened actually). I found an email address in the Contact Us and emailed a polite complaint asking that my email be authority to cancel., which to be fair was picked up and dealt with in the same day.
The point I made was - to get repeat custom don't piss people off by making it difficult to cancel. As it stands I will never subscribe again until you can cancel online.

So far the commentaries have been absolutely dire from Premier. Even my wife said "FFS turn the pointless whining voice off"!

Already cancelled it with the bank just want to cancel it officially, Shame really as it's been worth every penny to watch our friendlies.
